Terms & Conditions
1. Workshop Bookings
All participants must book in advance via the website to secure a spot. Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Payment and Cancellations
Workshops must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Bookings are non-refundable unless the workshop is cancelled. If you can’t attend a workshop, you are welcome to sell or give your spot to someone else. If you are unable to do this, please let me know, and I will try to fill the spot for you.

3. Age Requirements
Workshops for children are designed for ages 6+. Adult workshops are open to participants aged 18 and above, unless otherwise stated. Please ensure you meet the age requirements before booking.
4.Arrival and Collection
The studio will open 10 minutes before the workshop starts to welcome participants. Parents/guardians of children are responsible for ensuring their timely drop-off and collection.
Please note, there is no parking at Folly Yard Studio. Use the nearest car parks, Sainsbury’s or Hartham Lane, which are just a short walk away.
5. Clothing and Personal Belongings
Aprons are supplied, but please dress for mess and wear old clothes when attending a session. All personal property is the responsibility of the participants. Emma Collins Workshops is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
6. Photography
We may take photographs during the workshop for use on our website and social media. If you do not want to be photographed, or if you do not want your child to be photographed, please let us know in advance.
7. Health and Safety
Please inform me of any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements that I need to be made aware of before the workshop. Participants must follow the safety instructions provided at the beginning of the workshop.
8. Qualifications and Safeguarding
I am committed to providing a safe, secure and happy environment for all participants. For children’s workshops, I hold a current DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check, am trained in safeguarding, and am first aid certified. For adult workshops, all necessary precautions will be taken to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
9. Code of Conduct
Everyone attending a workshop, whether child or adult, must be kind and respectful to each other and to the studio environment. Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated, and participants may be asked to leave without a refund.
10. Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances
In case of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances that may require the workshop to be postponed, participants will be notified as soon as possible. We will aim to reschedule the session or offer a credit towards a future workshop.
11.Changes to Workshops
Emma Collins Workshops reserves the right to make changes to the workshop schedule or content if necessary. In the event of any changes, participants will be informed in advance.

12.Liability
While all reasonable care will be taken during the workshops, Emma Collins Workshops is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damage to personal property that may occur during the sessions. Parents/guardians must ensure that children understand the safety guidelines provided.
